These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of Zindow Invoice ('Zindow'), an iOS application developed by Redvanta Software Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
By downloading or using Zindow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Subscription and Payments
Zindow offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly: £5.99/month with a 7-day free trial
- Yearly: £49.99/year with a 7-day free trial
Subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
To cancel: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Zindow → Cancel Subscription.
Free Trial
Both subscription plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable rate.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Zindow only for lawful business invoicing purposes. You must not:
- Use the app to create fraudulent invoices
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws
Intellectual Property
Zindow and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by Redvanta Software Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
Voice Data and AI
When you use the Voice-to-Invoice feature, your audio is sent to OpenAI for transcription. By using this feature, you consent to your audio being processed by OpenAI in accordance with their Terms of Use (openai.com/terms). We do not store your audio recordings.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Zindow is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Zindow is not an accounting or tax advice tool — always consult a qualified professional for financial advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redvanta Software Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Zindow.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Zindow after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
