Zindow Invoice ("Zindow", "we", "our", or "us") is a product of Redvanta Software Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Zindow iOS app (Bundle ID: com.redvanta.zindow).

By using Zindow, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account Information

  • Name and email address (via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In)
  • Business name, phone number, and business address

Invoice Data

  • Client names, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses
  • Invoice line items, amounts, dates, and payment methods
  • Job site photos (before and after work completion)
  • Business logo

Voice Data

When you use Voice-to-Invoice, your spoken audio is sent to OpenAI's API for transcription. We do not store your raw audio — only the transcribed text is saved.

Technical Data

  • Device push notification token (used to notify you when clients view invoices)
  • App usage data stored locally on your device via SwiftData

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Generate and store professional PDF invoices
  • Sync your data across devices via Supabase cloud storage
  • Send push notifications when clients view your invoices
  • Process subscription payments via RevenueCat and Apple In-App Purchase
  • Provide customer support

Third-Party Services

Zindow uses the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — Cloud database and authentication (EU region: eu-central-2). Privacy Policy: supabase.com/privacy
  • OpenAI — Voice transcription for invoice creation. Your audio is processed but not stored. Privacy Policy: openai.com/privacy
  • Firebase (Google) — Push notification delivery. Privacy Policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
  • RevenueCat — Subscription management. Privacy Policy: revenuecat.com/privacy
  • Apple Sign-In / Google Sign-In — Authentication only. No additional data is shared.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored:

  • Locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework
  • Securely in Supabase cloud servers located in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany)
  • PDF invoices and thumbnails are stored in Supabase Storage

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you have an active Zindow account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account, which permanently removes all your data from our servers within 30 days.

Your Rights (GDPR)

As a UK/EU resident, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data
  • Object to processing

Children's Privacy

Zindow is not intended for users under 17 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
