VentroReview ("we," "us," or "our") provides a review management service for small businesses and tradespeople. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use VentroReview.
VentroReview helps small businesses send review requests to their customers via WhatsApp. Our service includes AI-generated message drafting, Google Business Profile integration, and review tracking. We do not guarantee specific review outcomes or improvements in Google search rankings.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to use VentroReview. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use VentroReview only for lawful purposes. You must not send unsolicited messages to people who have not had a genuine interaction with your business. You must not use VentroReview to manipulate or fake reviews. You must comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Google's review policies at all times.
VentroReview is available on two platforms with the following pricing: Web (ventroreview.com): Monthly plan at $9.99 per month or annual plan at $95.90 per year (20% off). Web payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your web subscription at any time from your account settings page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. iOS App: Monthly plan at $9.99 per month with a 3-day free trial, or annual plan at $83.92 per year (30% off). iOS payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your iOS subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
Web subscriptions: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for web subscribers. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at hello@ventroreview.com for a full refund. No questions asked. iOS subscriptions: All refund requests for iOS app subscriptions are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly for iOS in-app purchases.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your customer data. We process customer phone numbers solely to facilitate review requests on your behalf. We do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Web subscribers can cancel from the Settings page in the app. iOS subscribers can cancel through Apple ID subscription settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
VentroReview is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to any claim.
